Gerb’s public request to Mellon re Mary K. Sturtevant (2025-09-27)

Source: Gerb (@UAPGERB), X, 27 September 2025. The original, fuller statement of the Sturtevant / Kona Blue allegation (the June 2026 Mellon-exchange tweet refers back to this one). URL: https://x.com/UAPGERB/status/1971960633504813519 (28,699 views) Captured: 2026-06-21 via fxtwitter. Verbatim. What this is: the primary source of the Sturtevant allegation, and the document that shows its actual basis and framing. Note two things for the analysis: (1) here Gerb frames it as an open question — “I have questioned whether Sturtevant aided … Gaffney in blocking,” “I would like to publicly ask for your help in determining if Sturtevant indeed operated as a … Gatekeeper,” “At the very least … ask Mrs. Sturtevant if she was aware” — whereas his June 2026 tweet hardens this to “I am aware that … she aided in the blocking,” with no new evidence stated in between; (2) the stated basis is inferential (her DS&T ties, alleged close work with Ryder, and his SSCI overlap with her via “identical travel expenses and per diems”), and he notes he contacted her and was ignored. He also lists a more detailed alleged CV than the 2001 White House statement (CITO, NRO Deputy Director for National Support, CI Center) — those extra items are Gerb’s claims. A kind request to @ChrisKMellon

Mr. Mellon,

Mary K. Sturtevant served as Lockheed Martin Vice President for Government Affairs from 2006 to 2021 and Lockheed VP for Intelligence, Joint and Science & Technology Programs during the time of the failed 2011 Kona Blue PSAP, which saw Lockheed under directive from Dr. James Ryder fail to divest recovered UFO materials to the AAWSAP program and BAASS.

I understand Sturtevant worked closely with Ryder, allegedly, on UFO legacy program operations.

Sturtevant’s career in the DIB and IC is incredibly impressive to say the least, and includes:

  • BDM Technology Transfer
  • CIA Deputy Director, Clandestine Information Technology Office (an office serving as a joint venture between CIA Directorate of Operations and Directorate of Science and Technology)
  • CIA DI’s Technology Transfer Assessment Activity
  • CIA Counterintelligence Center
  • NRO Deputy Director for National Support
  • Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Intelligence Programs, National Security Council under George W. Bush
  • Senate Select Committee on Intelligence

I have questioned whether Sturtevant aided CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney in blocking Lockheed and Ryder’s UFO material divestment plan through Kona Blue due to her agency, specifically DS&T, ties.

I understand you and Sturtevant worked together for multiple years at SSCI and even shared periods of identical travel expenses and per diems. Perhaps you maintained a connection with her post SSCI and USG work as she transitioned towards LMCO.

Due to your familiarity with the accomplished VP, I would like to publicly ask for your help in determining if Sturtevant indeed operated as a Lockheed Martin UFO Legacy Program Gatekeeper.

At the very least, it would be of tremendous benefit if you would ask Mrs. Sturtevant if she was aware of the failed PSAP and Kona Blue.

Getting testimony, on-record, of a LMCO VP who was either aware of the PSAP, aided in the blocking of the transfer with Gaffney, aand/or worked in UFO RDT&E clandestine, deep-sixed programs would be invaluable.

I have personally attempted to contact Mrs. Sturtevant, but have been ignored.

Sturtevant is covered in my new project on Lockheed Martin, specifically the section of “Lockheed Martial Transfer” beginning at 01:44:24: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6JfbfmvgMo&t=3155s
