Under this base’s rule, withholding is credibility-deferring, not enhancing, and every new “revelation” here is either second-hand (the biologics/human-evolution claim), unverifiable (UK agreements, MJ-27, the Moon “yes”), or explicitly his personal opinion (orbs). The genuinely notable shift is directional: the self-described “nuts and bolts guy” is now moving onto biologics/hybrids, human-evolution interference, and the Moon — the maximalist/Sekret-Machines-adjacent terrain he long avoided — which raises his advocacy profile and the narrative’s reach without adding any checkable evidence. The autism disclosure is a real, creditable personal datum; treat it separately from the UAP claims. Net: it does not move his ~35; it extends his catalogue of unfalsifiable assertions and signals where the disclosure narrative is heading.
