Jordan Jozak — the “gifted-program psychic-child” recovered-memory claimant
- Type: profile (experiencer / alleged covert-program survivor; single-source recovered-memory testimony)
- Subject: Jordan Jozak — a man from rural western New York who, in a June 2026 Jesse Michels interview, claims that his gifted (GATE) education was the cover for a covert defense-contractor psychic-development program run on him as a child — EEG/ESP conditioning, undisclosed drugs, “relics” (an “alive” crystal orb), and ultimately consciousness-piloted UFOs, tied to the Skywatcher lore.
- Credibility: ~18 — experiential floor. A single-source, recovered-memory narrative (no continuous recall; the “memories” surfaced in 2022–2023 as PTSD-type flashbacks after a life crisis), maximally unfalsifiable and exotic (a self-illuminating “alive” crystal orb; piloting craft by thought), with no presented corroboration despite a claim that “names, records… all this is documented.” Held just off the Greer (~10) floor only because he names checkable real-world anchors (a real institution, specific dates) and presents sincerely with no obvious commercial engine yet. See below.

A textbook Montauk-Project / MILAB-genre narrative — Jozak himself invokes Stranger Things and Montauk — delivered as personal recovered memory rather than research. Its evidentiary weight on the substance is near zero; its interest to the base is as a 2026 specimen of the secret-psychic-child motif crossing into the consciousness-UFO / Skywatcher discourse.
The claim
Per the interview: selected via a GATE gifted test in rural NY at age ~9 (~2005); a team of psychologists began working with him in-school, telling him he was “special” and to tell no one; around age 12 a fabricated mental-health diagnosis removed him from public school entirely; he was placed at Baker Victory Services, where (he says) a segregated, defense-contractor-backed unit ran a psychic-development program behind a normal special-education front. Inside: an EEG/neurofeedback “chair” training theta/gamma states, ESP / remote-viewing / “astral projection” tasks, Pavlovian conditioning, an undisclosed “pink drink,” and exposure to “relics” — most vividly a crystal orb that was “alive” inside (fractal, swirling, self-emitting light). The arc connects psi → UFOs → “piloting UFOs through consciousness” and the modern Skywatcher project.
Why the weight is near zero
- Recovered-memory provenance — the central discount. Jozak is explicit that he had no continuous memory of any of this; it “came flooding back” in 2022–2023 as “very brutal PTSD-level flashbacks” after work/relationship stress. Recovered “memories” of elaborate secret programs are the weakest evidentiary mode in the entire field (the False-Memory-Syndrome and hypnosis-confabulation literature is the standing counterweight), and they are the connective tissue of exactly the Montauk/MILAB tradition he names. Same method-floor as Leslie’s hypnotic-regression MILAB corpus (~24).
- Unfalsifiable and maximally exotic. An “alive” self-illuminating crystal orb and consciousness-piloted craft are not claims that can be tested even in principle; they are asserted, not shown.
- Asserted-but-withheld documentation. He repeatedly says the people, the records, “all this is documented,” then withholds it “for anonymity… in hopes of justice later.” A claim that evidence exists is not evidence; nothing checkable is presented.
- A real institution named without proof — and appearing nowhere else in the lore. He attaches the story to Baker Victory Services — a real Catholic charity (part of OLV Charities / Our Lady of Victory, Lackawanna NY) that still operates — conceding “the organization itself was not the problem,” only a since-closed unit. A 2026 check finds Baker Victory referenced nowhere in UFO/psychic/MILAB/MKUltra literature: no other claimant, no lawsuit or news alleging experiments, only its ordinary special-education/residential/healthcare work. The one detail that does check out is mundane — his “golden shovels… $16 million facility” matches a genuine 2018 “groundbreaking intensive residential program” the org describes as normal special-ed care, not a lab. So the named institution is real but blameless in every independent record; the covert-program layer is sourced entirely to Jozak. Naming a real charity as host of covert child-experimentation, with no presented substantiation, is a serious (defamation-adjacent) allegation the listener cannot verify.
How to weight him
- What keeps him off the absolute floor. He presents as sincere (not a polished grifter), invokes the prosaic framing himself (“did I draw the crazy straw?”), and anchors to checkable specifics — a named institution, datable school-removal, a known facility expansion — that are falsifiable in principle even if the program claim isn’t. No book/retreat/CE5 engine is yet visible.
- What floors him. Single source, recovered memory, no continuous recall, no corroboration, withheld “documentation,” and the most exotic possible content (alive relic, thought-piloted UFOs) — wrapped in the self-acknowledged Montauk/Stranger Things template.
- Net ~18. Experiential floor, just below Leslie (~24) for the equally weak method plus more exotic content and a still-thinner public record; above Greer (~10) for sincerity and checkable anchors. The usable rule: cite Jozak as a 2026 example of the secret-psychic-child / MILAB motif feeding the consciousness-UFO and Skywatcher discourse — give the substance no evidentiary weight, and treat the recovered-memory provenance and the unverified Baker Victory allegation as the load-bearing cautions.
